Bill provides sound legal counsel to MetaCyte and many of its portfolio companies through his firm, Frost Brown Todd, LLC.

Bill has represented numerous public and private companies. He has also served as Counsel for several venture capital and private equity funds.

Bill holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Yale Law School.
