Description:    TrackFive Diagnostics, Inc. is developing molecular diagnostics to guide therapeutic decisions.

Our current product under development is a multivariate molecular diagnostic-built on Affymetrix microarrays-to predict patient response to EGFR inhibitors such as gefitinib (IRESSA®), erlotinib (Tarceva®) and cetuximab (Erbitux®) in advanced-stage colorectal cancer [mCRC] and non-small cell lung cancer [NSCLC].

TrackFive employs a novel methodology using both bioinformatics approaches and supervised learning methods to model sensitivity to targeted cancer therapeutics with gene expression data. TrackFive believes these methodologies provide it with multiple product opportunities. As an example, TrackFive may expand into companion diagnostics for isoform-selective PI3K inhibitors.
