Andrew Steen has been actively engaged in the health science industry in Metro Louisville since joining Louisville Medical Center Development Corporation in 2000. During that time he has been involved directly and indirectly in the creation of several health science start-up companies. In addition, Andy has also built a network of relationships and contacts within the Louisville Medical Center, the Commonwealth and the life science industry as a whole. At MetaCyte, he spends a significant amount of time identifying and evaluating potential business creation opportunities.

Prior to joining LMCDC, Andy spent nearly six years with National City Bank of Kentucky. Most recently, he was a Senior Credit Analyst providing accurate and effective analyses of a wide variety of industries, including healthcare.

Andy holds a B.A. from Transylvania University and an M.B.A. from the University of Louisville. He also attended the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Andy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pradama Inc.
